IMPORTANT NEWS CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) COVER IS NOW AVAILABLE - We can confirm all of our policies now provide cover for Medical and other Expenses outside of the United Kingdom if you contract Coronavirus (COVID-19) whilst abroad. Some of our policies now also offer other additional Coronavirus (COVID-19) benefits. The policies that offer the additional cover are clearly marked where we display our prices along with the full terms and conditions. Further details of the cover can be found here. All our policies will only provide cover, if prior to your trip commencing, the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office has NOT advised against all (or all but essential) travel to your chosen destination. If you are travelling against advice outlined by the FCDO https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice you will NOT be able to make a claim. Please ensure that your chosen destination is one that is permitted for non-essential travel. There are certain dangers that come with winter sports activities that increase the chances of certain medical issues (such as breaking a wrist for example), a standard travel insurance policy would not cover this by default which is why the Fit4Travel "wintersports" cover was created.
A number of winter sports activities are actually included on our policies free of charge but some will require a policy upgrade with additional premium. For full details on winter sports please view page 27 of the relevant policy wording.
Single Trips - Winter sports cover is only available to persons aged 70 years and under provided the required additional premium has been paid.
Annual - Winter sports cover is available to persons aged 70 years and under and is limited to 17 days per policy per year if the required additional premium has been paid.
